Pet Health & Safety
  • Grooming Policies
    At Bubble & Bark, your pet’s comfort, health, and safety are our top priorities. Please inform us of any known allergies, pre-existing health conditions, or special requirements your dog may have prior to their grooming appointment. Open communication helps ensure a smooth and positive grooming experience for your pet.

  • De-Matting Policy
    We believe in humane grooming practices and prioritize your dog’s well-being over appearance. Severely matted dogs may need to be shaved to avoid pain or injury. We’ll always inform you before proceeding. To prevent matting, we recommend regular brushing and routine grooming—our team is happy to demonstrate proper techniques.

  • Double-Coated Dogs
    Shaving double-coated breeds can lead to permanent coat damage. While we can fulfill your request, we do not accept responsibility for the outcome. A waiver must be signed prior to any shaving.

  • Aggressive Dogs
    We welcome dogs with a history of aggression as long as safety can be maintained. Muzzles may be required. Please notify us in advance so we can ensure a safe environment for all.

Appointments & Scheduling
  • Appointment Timing
    Please allow a one-hour window for your scheduled appointment, as mobile grooming can face unexpected challenges. We’ll keep you updated if there are any delays or if we can arrive earlier. Severe weather or van-related issues may occasionally require rescheduling.

  • Parking Requirements 
    Our van needs a flat, level area to park — either in your driveway or a safe curbside spot with enough space. Please avoid steep inclines or loose gravel. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out beforehand. 

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling
    We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in requiring a credit card on file for future appointments.

Communication & Expectations
  • Before the Appointment
    We rely on clear, upfront communication to provide the best service. Please share all relevant information about your pet so we can tailor the grooming session accordingly.

  • Transparency in Services
    From health conditions to coat care and temperament, we are committed to transparency. Our team will always notify you of any concerns or recommendations during grooming.
